Wecome back to the Brockenhurst FC Web Site. After England's "performance" in South Africa, it will be a change to watch players who are fully committed to their club and are eager and hungry to get going. All the fixtures for July and August for both teams have been added to their respective pages including the draws for the FA Cup and FA Vase.
Now for our annual request. Help is required at all home games to man the gates and the tea bar. If you can spare a couple of hours on Saturdays or Tuesdays and would like to help, please contact Pete (General Secretary) on 07908 109696.
As more of you are now visiting this site, could we please ask you to visit the club shop (See bottom of the page). Here you have access to about 1500 web sites were you can buy goods and services (John Lewis, Tesco etc). You will still pay cheap internet prices but by accessing these sites via the club shop, Brockenhurst FC will receive up to 30% of the cost of your purchases. So please help the club to generate extra income by using the club shop.
Would moving kids' football to a summer game help improve the development of young footballers?
Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
